“Michael, I recently purchase a 3-month membership on Match.com for $160 to be able to send personal messages to women on there. My first week, I met a plus-sized Cambodian girl that turned out not to be my type.
Then I met a Filipino girl who I kind of connected with but after our second date the frequency of communication started to die down.
The third time was a charm. I met this wonderful Chinese chick that I connected with immediately. We sent personal messages to each other via Match.com for about a month until I gave her my email and phone number.
After a few months of communicating I felt confident enough to set up a face-to-face with her so we could finally meet in person and she agreed. I even set up reservations for lunch at a decent restaurant.
Around 8:30 am the morning of our date she texts me and says she got sick last night and couldn’t meet up today.
I was heartbroken, but I understand people get sick so I sent her a text message back to ask if we could reschedule a date. She has yet to respond and I don’t want to keep sending her messages, making me look desperate.
What should I do?
I hate to sound paranoid, but it just feels like the government is hacking my phone and telling potential dates not to date me.”

You should stop wasting your time with Match.com and actually get from behind your computer to go out and meet women.
The more you spend time writing messages to a woman you never met and getting false feelings.
The more you disappoint yourself and become desperate.
Stop wasting your time with fake profiles. (That’s probably why she ended up sick the night before)
